We just received your monthly newsletter and love reading it. You not only got our home sold when we needed to get back to Minnesota but mad our transaction so very easy for us. Dear Ed-

A belated thank you for all your efforts, support and RESULTS related to our home sale. It was a pleasure to do business with you, and your business cards are stashed for future references.

I had this card in my purse for a while, even before receiving your thoughtful closing gift, but as usual was late in putting pen to paper. The gift was a pleasant surprise!

Our new home is coming along with final plumbing and electrical work starting today. The tile work is perfect so it looks like completion by months end. We absolutely love the area and are looking forward to unpacking those 250 boxes in the garage!
