It's Time To Call This Home... Your Home...

This home flows from the inside to the outdoor living areas as one with multiple private sitting areas.

Meticulous attention to details. Everywhere you look, the view changes and transforms effortlessly.

All fish shown in the slideshow and photo gallery were caught off of our dock. This is a mere sampling of the fish caught off this dock since 2003. Striped Bass to 42 pounds, Salmon to 18 pounds, Catfish to 15 pounds have been caught off my dock in the past 5 years, and a Delta record Black bass was caught in Turtle Cove, a few docks down that went over 18 pounds! The record catch was filmed in Turtle Cove by ProBass in 2004.

Bluegill, white & black crappie, green sunperch, smallmouth bass, shad and gobies are also abundant in Turtle Cove. We also have a variety of water turtles that live in the cove... thus "Turtle Cove."

Turtle Cove enjoys an abundance of wildlife.

Each year our cove is visited by huge sea lions and harbor seals. We enjoy the antics of our resident sea otters who are quite curious and playful and often swim up against you when you are swiming in the river. We also get visits from ocasional beavers, racoons, ferrel cats and possums.

Each spring and fall the cove is alive with seabirds such as great blue herrons, white herrons, cranes, kingfishers, terns, seagulls, coots, comorants, ducks and geese in addition to other water birds I have not yet identified. Also owls and bats are frequent guests.

Photos taken at different times of the year and different times of the day and evening to give you an idea of changes in the mood of this home.
